bureaucracy comprises of central authority, it has become largely corrupt, incompetent and inefficient in administrating the country(pakistan) because it is largley politicized and the dishonesty of bureaucrat, it lacks modern education,training and career advancement
yes u are very right about this....this system should b changed so that a change can bring change...that is what v pakistani need it desperately

Deletebureaucrat create hurdles in the conduct of audit to hide the corruption a recently a report revealed by FBR bureaucrat from different areas of pakistan did not provide audited report for tax year 10-11, this shows their dishonesty..........
